Paul Dufour brings extensive experience in working with businesses, owners, and professionals in all aspects of financial planning. He has received many awards throughout his tenure and is recognized throughout Canada as a leader in his field.

Personally, Paul is committed to his family and community through many philanthropic endeavours, coaching, and has been bestowed the honour of a 40 under 40 leader. Committed towards his relationships, Paul strives to have a positive conversation each and every time he meets with his clients.

  • Craig Fraser, BHK

    CO-FOUNDER OF THE BENEFITS CENTRE
    Windsor, Ontario

    Craig was born and raised in Windsor, Ontario. Over his 33 year career, Craig’s primary business has grown and evolved extensively. He now works primarily in the employee benefits market. Today, Craig has established contracts with all of the top insurance companies in Canada, enabling him to conduct market surveys for his clients to find the best deal possible. He works closely with employers and human resource managers in designing, implementing, and monitoring benefit packages for companies from 2 employees to over 1,000.

    As a partner and co-founder of The Benefits Centre, Craig has become a “one stop shop” for each of his clients' benefit needs. Craig specializes in dealing with business owners to assist in finding the “best fit” for their benefit and pension plans in regards to both price and plan design.

  • Peter Richards

    London, Ontario

    Peter Richards comes from a long history of entrepreneurship in London, Ontario. Peter’s grandfather started that legacy and Peter has grown up understanding both the advantages and challenges of business ownership. It was fitting that Peter evolve into a role of providing financial advisory services to other business owners as he can truly appreciate the demands and planning that it takes to grow a business and to carefully grow and protect capital.

    Peter is very active in community charitable undertakings in the London area, and played tennis at a national level. Peter earned a BA in Economics and Law from Carleton University in 1985. Peter founded and led Peter Richards Advisory Group for more than 15 years, before merging with Breadth in 2022.

  • Gerald Finnerty

    Gerald Finnerty

    Gerald has been in the financial industry for more than 15 years, specializing in the family market to help clients build their financial security plan beyond retirement and to assist clients in achieving their financial goals. Primarily, Gerald works within the family market to help clients save for their retirement and their children’s education while protecting families from financial hardship with life insurance, critical illness, and disability insurance.

    Gerald was born and raised in Windsor-Essex County, and remains extremely involved within the community. Gerald has been a member of the Belle River Goodfellows since 2000, and has been an active blood donor for more than 20 years. Since 2007, Gerald has raised over $65,000 for Prostate Canada Research and Grow on Windsor.

  • Ryan Wakeman, CFP

    CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER
    Windsor, Ontario

    Ryan has been a financial security advisor providing advise and planning in Southwestern Ontario since 2001. Over the years, Ryan has guided hundreds of clients with a broad range of knowledge in the financial subject to enhance, protect and allow clients to enjoy their wealth now and for generations to come.

    Ryan enjoys spending time with his son and daughter cooking meals, playing cards and taking long walks with their dog. Over the years, Ryan has been involved with Hospice Windsor and the annual hockey tournament. He has also assisted with the annual Poor Boy Luncheon to raise funds for Cystic Fibrosis, the We Care for Kids foundation and the Play for a Cure charity.

  • Shirley Jacuzzi, FLMI, ACS

    Windsor, Ontario

    Shirley has been in the financial industry since 1993, and has several professional designations including FLMI, ACS, AAPA, AIAA and PCS, as well as a diploma in Accounting from St. Clair College. Additionally, Shirley holds her mutual fund license in Ontario, and is licensed to sell insurance both Ontario and British Columbia.

    Having lived in Windsor-Essex County for her entire life, Shirley has a great deal of civic pride for both the community and its residents, and actively volunteers in many different capacities throughout the region.
